- » Practice where we learn to get into the poses though alignments and extension techniques (how to place the bones and joints so they are in natural alignment with each other and the centre core of the body. This helps to avoid injuries) and working on the basis (part of the body that is in touch with the ground and gives the stability of the pose). In this kind of practice we watch asana demonstration and learn to became aware of our inner attitude in the practice though sensitive approach.
- » Practice where postures are linked with attention on the breath and a visual focal point and are kept for a short period of time.
- » Breath exercises and awareness develop vitality.
- » Spontaneous and guided expression of sounds helps relax facial muscles, jaw, tongue, neck and shoulders. These areas are susceptible to holding accumulated stress.
By relaxing and becoming more aware of our physical bodies, emotions and thoughts a state of health and well-being spontaneously arise.
